TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Prices subject to change without prior notice.
• All rates are per person per night.
• In case of any changes or alterations, the original price (as confirmed with deposit) will be applicable.

BOOKING PROCEDURES

• Check-in: 14h00 – 17h00.
• Please take care to make special arrangements for late check-ins
• R250 key deposit is payable in cash or via EFT upon arrival and is refundable after departure
• All damages or losses will be invoiced afterwards
• Check out: 10h00
• Check-out is strictly by 10h
• To confirm your booking we require full payment if for only one night, or 50% deposit if you are booking for more than 1 night
• 50% deposit is also applicable on all group bookings as well as all venue bookings
• Reception will supply confirmation document via e-mail
• Reservations must be made in writing and will be confirmed in writing
• Oude Hout will not make preliminary bookings without payments
• Full payment if only one night booking and 50% deposit if two or more bookings

CANCELLATION FEE

• 100% refund: canceled 30 or more days prior to arrival
• 40% refund: canceled 21-29 days prior to arrival
• 30% refund: canceled 14-20 days prior to arrival
• 0% refund: canceled 8-13 days prior to arrival
• 0% refund: canceled 0-7 days prior to arrival
• In case of no-show after a booking and confirmation with a deposit, the client is still liable for full payment
